There are number of ways get support or receive answers to your question.
First, you can learn a lot by exploring our Demo application (see Learning from Demo).
Second, you can check this online documentation. It should contain up-to-date information and updated frequently. If you prefer single file document, you can also use 400-page PDF, which was installed with SDK (online location is here)
Users with active subscription can ask question directly to LightningChart developers. The fastest way to get help is to write email to [email protected] (please mention subscription ID in email). Typical response time is less than 1 business day.
User with trial license could also ask questions to LightningChart developers.
You can also explorer LightningChart's forum and other resources. Although some of those topic maybe too old. Therefore, it is good idea to verify that proposed solution is still the best in the latest release.
